Shipping Policy

The ASN Exchange offers print on demand shipping for our products. This means your order is created and shipped upon your purchase of the item.  Most items are shipped out and received within 6-12 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We realize that sometimes customers may need to return a purchase.

We extend to our American State Nationals a hassle free process. You can return your merchandise up to 30 days from your item's ship date to exchange or return the item.

All Returns and Exchanges must be in it's original condition, unworn/unused with the original tags and labels. The customer will be issued a coupon credit of equal value for items being returned to use on our website. Returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before a coupon credit is distributed to use for purchases. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Customers will need to complete a Customer Support Form here, before a credit or exchange can be processed. Once the Customer Support Form has been approved, items (Returns Only) can be returned to the following locations;

  • Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: "The ASN Exchange Returns"11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. 

  • Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: "The ASN Exchange Returns"Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.

  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to "The ASN Exchange atgriežas" Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.

  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to "The ASN Exchange regresa" Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to "The ASN Exchange Returns" Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.

  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: "The ASN Exchange Returns" 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).

  • Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Japan are returned to: "The ASN Exchange Returns" Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We do ask for a photo of the item in question. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Sale Items: Products offered for sale cannot be refunded. Exchange only.

Wrong Address Orders: If we are provided a wrong address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

You can update your shipping address by logging in to your member account located in the upper right hand corner of the website.

​

​Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our shipping facility and the customer is liable for the cost of a reshipment once we have confirmed and updated the address.
